We always have an odd one in the crowd, so it's kind of odd. I'm excitedly odd. Isn't that strike you as a little bit odd? No, it doesn't strike me as a little bit odd. So we are delighted to be chatting again with our old friend, the comedian Greg Shoemaker,

who I guess are you back out on the road in a big way or is this kind of like a mini tour?

It's a very mini tour.

I'm actually doing a lot of coaching.

I have a program called Winning with Laughter.

After the pandemic, I think that we need a few laughs.

So I'm teaching people how to use the alchemy of laughter to improve your life. And I take people

through guided lapitation and a whole program to deprogram the negativity that's out there.

So I'm doing that on Zoom and live, but I'm trying not to

perform as much on the road. One time I was on the road, I was in Atlanta. My wife calls

me from L.A. She goes, honey, honey, I think there's an intruder outside. I'm 2500 miles away.

I'm like, put them off. Let me talk to it. Listen, pal, don't get

in my refrigerator. But yeah, it's just my life just has a different meaning now. And I just,

I certainly love making people laugh. That's always going to be the case. A lot of people don't

realize that comedians live a very long life if they don't get

to drugs and alcohol because of being surrounded by laughter, so we should all do that.

I mean, it's really, it's life affirming.

And if you notice, Bob Newhart, it's still alive, and Mel Brooks and Dick Dyke, and

obviously George Burns lived to 100 and Jack Benny and Phyllis Diller.

And it's really, really so life affirming.

I just can't believe more people don't do it.
