On the second installment of the series Chopped, I continued the theme of

chefs, cooks, and restaurateurs who turned away from the stove and toured a life of crime.

This time I'll tell you about a career criminal who was given a second chance in life by none other than celebrity chef Gordon

Ramsey. Ramsey, who himself experienced a rough upbringing, decided to use his fame to

train and mentor a group of hardened criminals to cook and run a successful

food service business. One of the men who Ramsey thought had promise was 33-year-old Anthony

Kelly, who had spent 16 years of his life in and out of prison.
