I'm calling because I want to know if I made the right decision about a situation.

Okay.

So my daughter and her husband and their four daughters live in the same town.

They live in a house that my aunt, her great-aunt, left to them, so they have no mortgage payment.

She works from home. They want to move because the schools are bad and a few other reasons, but the schools being bad, the main one, and I support this.

So they, again, they own their own house. They are messy. They don't keep their house picked up like I would like.

And so what my daughter asked me was could they need to make renovations to their house

and repairs.

And could they stay with me or would I sign a co-loan, as a co-signer on a loan, either one of those?

And I said no.

Co-sign on a loan for what?

For a new house.

They, yeah, they want to, I'm sorry, I'm a little nervous.

They want to move from their house to get their kids in a new school system.

And also the son-in-law had his own business, which he sold before they applied for a loan.
