The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion.

Roe and Casey are overruled, and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people

and their elected representatives.

That's what the Supreme Court ruled in Dobs vs. Jackson Women's Health Organization

on June 24, 2022.

It's the decision that the pro-life movement had been waiting to read since 1973 when

the Supreme Court invented out of whole cloth a supposed constitutional right to abortion.

Since that time, defenders of abortion tried to paper over Roe's weak, frankly nonexistent

legal reasoning with euphemisms and slogans.

The right to choose women's health care, clump of cells.
