Today, I am making the choice to be happy. I am so grateful for all the things and all

the reasons I have right now to be happy. I close my eyes and I can bring to mind at least

five things that bring happiness into my life. I focus on the good and I focus on what's

going right. There is nothing else I need to do by or achieve to be happy in this moment.

Everything is right on time and my life is unfolding beautifully. I love being alive and

soaking in all that life has to offer. I am enough. I have enough. Things don't have

to be perfect for me to feel happy. I wake up with a smile on my face, ready to embrace

the day and all of the good things that are coming my way. I go to sleep with a full heart,

so thankful for all the wonderful things, all of the tiny little moments that brought joy

and happiness into my life today. Things that put a smile on my face and that made me

laugh and made me feel really good. I'm so naturally happy. I radiate and I shine. I am

glowing. It is the best kind of energy, the type of high vibration that people are attracted

to. My happiness is magnetic and infectious. I make others around me happy, which adds to

my own happiness. I am bright. I am light and I am full of joy.
