Hey everybody, this is Heidi St. John along with Surrender Wilson and you have found the

busy mom podcast. Thanks for being here. I am glad to be here. We are talking about mom

on a mission and the importance of engaging in the battle that's happening around us and

letting our arrows fly, releasing that our kids are part of a spiritual battle that's much

larger than what we can see. And today we want to encourage moms to learn to have God's

perspective for your children. That means that you can't always look at them through

the eyes of a mother. Right. Right. That you begin to look, that we begin to look at our

children through God's eyes and God sees them in light of eternity. That's right. He

has a plan and a purpose and he sees the big picture. It's very easy to get caught up

in the moment with our kids. And really what we just want to do is just protect them from

all the hurt and disappointment that, you know, is in this world that we live in. And

we simply can't and we're not doing them any favors by just protecting them from that.

We need to prepare them for it to be able to handle it in a way that glorifies God.
