0:20.3	And we're so excited to have you join us. As you know, we usually start the beginning
0:24.4	of the year as we did two weeks ago, talking about how to choose a word of the year and go
0:30.6	into 2023 with some intention. So this week we're going to talk about how to do that with
0:37.0	the help of crystals and your terrodech. But before we do, I just wanted to kind of talk
0:42.6	about some questions we get all the time about crystals. And then maybe Deb, you could
0:49.5	answer how to choose a terrodech or what to do with a terrodech when you get it before we get
0:55.0	into the specifics. How does that sound? Absolutely. So one of the questions we get a lot is,
1:01.4	do I get a raw crystal or a tumbled crystal and do the shape and size matter? So a raw crystal
1:09.4	is a crystal that's, you know, just as you find it in the earth. And it's beautiful because you can
1:14.8	see its natural growth patterns. And a tumbled crystal is one that has been put into a tumbling
1:21.0	machine with some sand or grit to smooth out its edges. And then a shaped crystal is one that
1:26.1	has been formed into any different shape, an egg, an oval, a star, a pyramid, an oblisk.
1:32.7	You know, some people will say there are differences that the raw crystal has more energy. And the
1:37.0	tumbled one is a little bit more muted or focused energy. I don't think there really is a difference.
1:43.7	A crystal grows with the same lattice structure, no matter what you do to it, and no matter what
1:51.0	its size is. So with crystal size really does not matter. So if you like a raw stone, get a raw
1:58.6	stone. If you like the way the tumbled looks, get a tumbled. I really think it's all about what
2:03.9	you are drawn to when you're looking for your crystal. I like to have both just because it's so neat.
2:10.6	Like I have this beautiful piece of raw blue lace agate that I just love. And I can go into a
2:16.5	meditative zone just by hounding the little layers of growth in that beautiful light blue agate.
2:22.0	But I also have tumbled pieces that I will either wear around my neck or keep in my pocket if I'm
