So one of my absolute favorite and best chats that I've ever had came from, I want to say season two.

And it's called, you needed this

yesterday. So if you haven't heard that chat, definitely go back and listen. I recorded it in

Columbia. And I was there on the ground at a friend's wedding and I'd just come down with food

poisoning. Didn't know at the time. Listen, I ate the street chicken. No regrets would do again. However, it was rough. And in that moment, I actually told the story of what it took for me to get better, you know, to recover from that. And how it all happened because I had this incredible girl group, my core besties, Jen, Nikki, Jada,

and you may have seen us online traveling together and masterminding together and lifting

each other up and at each other's events and all the things. And so I get a lot of questions

about that. What's it like to have a group of girlfriends?

You know, what does it look like to build people around you specifically to help support you

in all facets of your life, your health, your parenting, your business, and your self and

personal growth? And I realized that kind of the mama of our group, you know, Jen, you know,

Kemp, if you guys are not familiar with Jennifer Kemp, just Google her. Like, it's not even

something that's that hard. Jennifer Kemp, look her up. She's the mama of our group. And I say that

because she's accomplished so much. She is a eight-figure business owner. And what's interesting is she's not just an eight-figure business owner. She's an eight-figure business owner. And what's interesting is she's not

just an eight-figure business owner. She's an eight-figure business maker. She doesn't just do this

for her. She does it for everyone else. And she's just the core. She's like a pillar, a backbone.

And within our group, you know, she's really helped us understand the importance of having the right

people around us, whether it is
