This is week four of our series of messages, mad about the house, where we're caring for what Jesus

died for, and if you have a Bible, Mark four is where we're going to be, that's appropriate,

Mark four, week 4.

Title of my message is choose your own adventure.

Choose your own adventure.

And let's read from scripture, this is Mark 4.

We're going to read two different parts of this chapter. It says,

and again, he began to teach by the sea and a great multitude was

on the land facing the sea and the whole multitude was on the land facing the sea. This

geography is significant and so he marks making sure we understand the picture in our minds.

Then he taught them many things by parables and said to them in his teaching and

now we're about to read is probably the most famous of the parables.

It says, listen.

Behold a sower went out to sew.

And it happened as he sewed that some seed fell by the wayside

and the birds of the air came and devoured it,
