I've noticed that if I choose to feel good about my choices, then I have little energy to

We seem to be most critical of others when we choose to compare ourselves to others, wanting

to see the darkness of our own deficiencies against the perceived greatness of others.

We must make choices that allow us to encounter the most profound abilities of our true

Thomas Merton once said that we have the choice of two identities, the external mask which

seems to be real, and then the hidden person who appears to us to be nothing.

Well this meditation from Romans chapter 5 is a reflection on choosing to rejoice and choosing
