Hello friends! We are in a very unprecedented time and I've been doing a lot of work to see the beauty in all that we are going through. As we go through this together, what I want is for you to use this podcast as a resource for positivity and hope. Although it's difficult to see now, in the end, this experience will bless each one of us. I truly believe we will come out of this stronger than ever before. We can live in the anxiety, stress, and fear. Or, we can choose to live in peace, love, and hope. I want you to choose to live in hope. It's okay to step away from certain things in your life in order to be present for yourself and your family. Remember that you don't have to be it all or do it all. Ask for help where and when you need it. God is surrounding you with Angels to give you the strength you need at this time. I want to be able to give as much as I can to you in this time of need. 0:05.4	Julie Jansis. Friends I know that we have been using this word a lot lately and
0:11.6	as I record this it is March 24th. This is a really
0:16.3	unprecedented time and I'm just going to be really honest with you. I had to work through the heaviness of everything
0:25.6	that's going on first. I had to work through all of that to see what's coming in the
0:31.9	future, which is really hope, which is really hope which is really so much love which is really so much
0:37.6	positivity and to really see the beauty in everything that we are going through in order to be able to be
0:46.2	fully present and to show up for you to help you through this as well and And I have done that. I have done that work to go inside to
0:57.1	really understand how this is all working and how it's working to really benefit us to bring more love, more joy, more enjoyment of this life into each one of our lives.
1:13.2	And as we go through this, as a collective consciousness together,
1:20.0	what I want is for you to have a resource, a place that you can go for healing energy, for positivity,
1:30.0	for hope, because in the end, friends this is really going to bless each one of us.
1:38.0	I know it's hard to see right now especially given the sickness that is occurring.
1:44.8	At this point, there are over 25,000 cases in New York and the economy and
1:50.5	you really cannot put a price on people's lives but there is so so much
1:58.6	incredible hope and this is leading us all to a place of more love, more joy.
2:06.2	And I truly do believe that we are going to be stronger
