Long-time listeners of the Armstrong Getty show know that both Joe Getty and Jack Armstrong are big proponents of going to jury duty, especially Joe.

Joe has been on jury trial several times, but I don't know if Jack's made it to a jury trial yet.

This clip that I'm about to play is from 2010, it's a very, very interesting clip, especially in relation to where we are today in 2021.

So this is about 11 years ago.

And it really gives you some insight into the thinking of Jack Armstrong.

And I think Joe Getty thinks along similar lines.

The topic basically turns out to be choices or circumstances.

Choices or circumstances. In this segment, you'll hear that Jack got kicked off as a potential juror because he believes that he answered

this question the wrong way. He gave him the answer that they didn't want to hear. So let's go back

to 2010. Oh, geez, where is she? Gladys.

I can go through this every Friday.

Anyway, so let's go back to 2010 when Jack pondered choices or circumstances.

It's not here yesterday as I had to run off to jury duty.

I have been, I've always been given the, your group is not needed.

And then, yeah, I don't think I've ever even made it to the courthouse before.

And then so yesterday I made it actually, I had to go to the courthouse.
