Hello again, everybody, and welcome to the Mike Francesa podcast, part of the BetRivers Network.

We come to you tonight after the Yankees stay alive, 4-3 win over the Red So game three

tomorrow night with a couple of youngsters on the mound.

And remember, all hands on deck because they're both pitching for their or playing for their proverbial lives.

So other than a starting pitcher who pitched a lot, everybody else will be available to, you know, join the fun if he has to in a game three that is

pivotal and we'll decide what happens. So apropos today, all three teams, the Dodgers

is just starting to play now against the Reds, and I would be surprised if the Reds won, but

all other three

teams tied it up at one apiece. Now, to me, there's a couple of ways to look at the Yankee

game tonight. Yankees won, which is the deciding factor. The idea is get to tomorrow. Survive

and advance. That's the idea. That's the

bottom line. But when you look at this game, when you start off the game with a two-run homer,

when you have a pitcher who has been a big-time pitcher you all year, a stud, on the mound,

and they're already in their bullpen after 28 pitches, you're figuring, hey, let's have

a little party here and have a, have a rock and share game. Yankees had anything but a rocking

chair game tonight. And I will tell you that every bounce of the

ball tonight, and the Yankees made some plays, but every bounce of the ball tonight went the Yankees

way. And I thought from a Red Sox standpoint, what I see in the Red Sox, they did everything wrong this evening.

Now, their manager wanted to get in the act here and see if he could steal one

and see if he could move some things early and impact things.

And he had his pitching set up for an early dismissal of his pitcher.
