The talks between Iran and the United States continue to go back and forth at the latest juncture here.

It's our understanding that the U.S. side has sent the proposal between the two countries

back to Iran for a couple of adjustments and are presently waiting for a response.

Yeah, that's where we are in the negotiations. I've got a little analysis on that coming up,

which is interesting. Let's let Robert Sherman bring us up to speed what happened over the

weekend of News Nation. Well, this is now the third time in the last week that we have seen American forces carried out

what they describe as self-defense strikes on Iran hitting launch facilities, radar facilities

inside of Iran itself. You may mention of the fact that an American drone was shot down

over international waters. That is what partially sparked all of this back and forth that you've seen between Iran and

the United States.

Just moments ago, Central Command clarified, Iran went so far as to fire two ballistic missiles

at Kuwait, allegedly towards some of the American bases that are in that country there, that has received widespread condemnation

from Gulf states around the region here as well.

Whoopty-do, condemnation.

It's amazing how much Iran counts on people shooting down their missiles.
