On Monday, China ended three days of military drills around Taiwan. The war games began following House Speaker McCarthy's meeting with Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen. Although Taiwan is a self-governing island, China maintains its claims that the nation is a territory that belongs to them. The military exercises have sparked international concerns about a potential invasion of Taiwan.
