So if you want to catch the first sprint race of the year, you're up at 3am UK time. Hmm. I'm thinking about it. It is better than FP3 after all,

with qualifying a few hours later at 6am and then the race itself on Sunday is at 7am UK time,

which feels like a luxury lion compared to last week, but it is the middle of the night

for most Americans. Our review will be at 10.30 a.m. UK time with Chris Stevens and Christian

Pedersen. Hmm. Will a morning Christian Pedersen be more or less chaos, I suspect, exactly the same?

So today, we'll be looking at some interesting factors ahead of the race.

There's a new track surface, which will be fine, as long as Pirelli knew about it in advance,

and they haven't just turned up to discover a resurfaced track with zero time to prep or study.

Ooh, awkward.

But even then, as long as the teams have got three full practice

sessions, oh, it's a sprint weekend, is it? So chaos ahead. And also, the news has just come in

today, I think, from Automotor & Sport. The F1 is abandoning, or maybe abandoning the 2026 regulations for V10s.

Also, it is a preview to the Chinese Grand Prix,

so we'll be asking who has the most to prove

and we'll be addressing what you reckon about stuff.
