I'm an economics reporter and my big questions right now are not just about the U.S. economy,

which by the way just hit 30 million jobless claims, but the global economy as well.

Having covered like political figures who often get put under house arrest, I've

often wondered what that must be like and I've come to the conclusion that I would do

really well under house arrest. Nahal Tussi is political's foreign affairs

correspondent. I'm totally fine and this week on on the show, Nahal is helping me

break down how the toxic political relationship between China and the US affects

health solutions, the global economy, basically everything.

What frustrates me about all this, I mean there's a million things that frustrate me about all this.

But one is that the U.S. and China are basically co-dependence.

We absolutely depend on them for low-cost goods to import other people can buy that we don't necessarily make here and they need

to sell them to us and we also want to sell as much as we can to them in agricultural products
