The slowdown in China's economy is starting to hurt corporate America.

Companies that are embedded in China's ailing, manufacturing, construction and export industries

are reporting weaker sales, and in some cases warning a further trouble to come as growth

grinds to a near halt.

And Asia corporate reporter Dan Strump told us that the slowdown is registering in earnings results

across a range of U.S. companies as well.

Companies like Caterpillar, DuPont, one company in particular, Danahar,

which is a big maker of life sciences equipment, posted a pretty significant drop in orders

from China in one of their major business segments just in the last couple of months.
