Fuel prices in China have climbed towards

9 yuan a litre. That is $1.24 a liter here. We're paying about $2 per liter in this country.

So we have a lot of excise duty, a lot of tax, if you like, on fuel here. So $1.24 will seem a lot to some and not a lot to others.

That's for 92 octane petrol.
