Hey, everybody Rob Ma'er, here and today we're going to be talking a little bit more about the

0:11.1

launch of the Made in China model why. We also have some

0:13.8

updates on the made in China model three, some news on the model S. Plaid and

0:18.0

Gigafactory New York, and some news in the battery supply chain from

0:21.4

Panasonic and LG.

0:23.1

First though, we have to take a look at the stock.

0:24.6

This is the first trading day of the new year

1:01.0

bit more about the Made in China Model Y launch.

1:03.6

Of course we had mentioned this previously that this was happening,

1:05.8

delivery starting in January 2021, but we haven't gone through the consumer reaction,

1:10.0

the pricing changes, some of the updates to the interior and things like that, so I want to do that today.

1:14.0

I think it probably makes sense to start with pricing.

1:16.5

Previously in the design studio, Tesla had listed the pricing for the model Y, depending on the variant,

1:21.5

somewhere around 500,000 U UN, which is up in the 70,000 US dollar sort of range.

1:27.0

Well, I think pretty unsurprisingly, Tesla has brought that down much more in line with US pricing.
