Following the takedown of a Chinese spy balloon earlier this month, three additional aerial objects have been found occupying U.S. and Canadian airspace. Instead of waiting days before destroying them, as was the case with the first balloon, the U.S. military shot them down immediately, assuming they also belonged to China. However, President Biden has since announced that the origins and intentions of these objects are unknown and may have nothing to do with Chinese surveillance.
