Joe Biden recently expressed consternation and surprise at what Russia has done in the

Carter was like, I didn't see that one coming.

And you got very much the same thing from Biden.

So I'm going to quote Biden here, quote, how did we get to the place where Putin decides

he's going to just invade Russia?

Now he actually means you're craved.

So let's correct him there.

And he goes, nothing like this has happened since World War II.

So Biden is really befuddled about why Putin would do this.
