Hey everybody, we're at Mauer here and today we're talking a little bit about Tesla's situation

in China.

We have received some more August numbers over the last couple of days and it has created

a little bit of confusion, so we'll talk about what's going on there.

We've also got an update on Tesla's Gigaburlin Factory 2r event for October.

Some news, a little bit of news here on the Cybertruck coming from a Tesla Glass video.

Then we've got a few of the things including revisiting those lucid EPA numbers, those

have actually now been published and it might give us some insight into where lucid ended

up in terms of their efficiency and their battery pack size.

Tesla's stock on the day to day kind of continuing the trend that we have seen so far this

week where I feel like it has slowly risen throughout the day and made its way into

the green.

Finishing up today, 0.15% to $756.99, that compared to the NASDAQ also up right around that level.

Alright, so first up let's figure out what's going on here in China.

A few days ago we had talked about Tesla's whole sales numbers, which remember that's

the term China uses for the sum of domestic retail sales combined with export numbers.

That was reported to be an all time high, 44,264 vehicles, since then we did get the retail

sales in the breakdown between Model 3 and Model Y, same with exports, I think we talked

about those as well, maybe just not the split between Model 3 and Model Y.

But what we're going to focus in on today is that retail sales numbers, so that was 12,885

vehicles, most of that being Model Y, about 11,600 there of the Model Y.

Now people care about the retail sales number because that is domestic, that's China,
