Russia has carried out a series of deadly airstrikes across Ukraine, a day before a NATO summit opens in Washington. In the capital Kyiv, a children's hospital was hit.

Vatali and I are recording an extra episode because there has been an absolutely devastating

series of missile attacks on Ukraine, including on a children's hospital in Kiev.

Children's Hospital was hit. Another hospital, a private maternity clinic, was hit by following missile debris

where seven people got killed, an apartment block was damaged, electricity substations as well, elsewhere in

Nipro, that was an attack too in Kervirich, which happens to be Vodemerselenski's home city,

at least 10 people have been confirmed dead.

And all this is why Ukrainian officials are saying

that this is one of the worst, if not the worst, missile attack from Russia against Ukraine since the war began.

As we're recording this shortly after 5 o'clock in the evening UK time. 31 people have been

confirmed dead across Ukraine but the death toll is expected to rise in

particular at the site of that hospital in Kiev where people are still

searching through the rubble with their bare hands and videos emerging from the scene show rescue workers, doctors in blood-splattered white gowns,
