opportunity to sit down with Dr Perry Class.

She's a professor of journalism and also pediatric medicine at New York University.

She's the co-director of NYU Florence and National Medical Director of Reach Out and Read.

She also writes the weekly column The Check Up for the New York Times, and her new book is called A Good Time to Be Born, how science and public health gave

children a future. We talk an awful lot about how far we've come with regards to not infant mortality but infant thriving. We talk about

what pediatric medicine really does entail and we spend a fair amount of our conversation discussing vaccines and their

importance for public health. This is a really good one, it's informative and

it's I think a really important
