It was really great to do and the run up to this has been pretty incredible.

Today is 1001 and we're going to take a quick look at what that means about what we talked a little bit

about yesterday and building a dynasty and the chiefs are to the point now where they have guys

on the roster that are pulling in other guys to the roster, whether it's through Free Agency or the

draft or just as inspiration, we're seeing it build upon itself.

And that's really what the key is for longevity. You can sign X player here or Y player there and build your roster for a given season. That's pretty typical across the league and honestly across history of the league.

But what we're seeing now is that the Chiefs have players with them that not only inspire people to come over in free agency.

There are players that have signed with this team because of Patrick Mahomes.

That is going to be a phenomenon honestly until the day that he retires.

He and his performance and his abilities will pull people to this team in order to play with him. That makes perfect sense, but it goes beyond that and there is something to be said that Patrick is so high profile at this point.

I was not kidding yesterday when I said the face of the league I got some pushback

uh... on that on twitter which it finds surprising to me

i don't see anyone else out there that the league is is

pushing and listening to at the same time as the face of the league.

So that's a foregone conclusion in my mind.

But he's not the only one.
