From the land of the free and the home of the chiefs, this is the

locked on chiefs podcast. Happy New Year chiefs kingdom. You may be hearing

this actually on New Year's Eve if you're somebody who's really looking for something

to do prior to the ball dropping,

but we want to start off by saying wherever you are in the world, wherever you're deployed,

wherever you're at this moment, happy new year, 2020 is finally over.

Thank goodness, and hopefully 2021 is going to be a much better year than 2020 was,

although it's hard for chiefs' fans to be that upset about how 2020 is started for the Chief's kingdom.

Right? It was Super Bowl and all downhill.

Pretty much.

Although we did have some good things from the Chiefs happen.

14 and 1 right now as of this recording and

Holmes and Jones signed to extension. So both of those are good things as well

Sure, and it sets up what this season's become and we going to take a look at where they're at and where we might pick up a little bit more information before this post-season begins.

This week against the Chargers.

This is not quite your normal keys and match-ups show, but we'll get into it.

We just wanted to give you a bonus today, even though it is a holiday and let you know what we're looking for

against these chargers. And it is an opportunity I think

at the at the base of everything else to evaluate where you're at with guys that haven't

had playing time to this point.
