I thought it was a complete and total reflection of the offseason, which was one parade, one

celebration, one social media boast, one public appearance, one party, one television show

being hosted, one golf tournament, one commercial being shot, one social media frenzy after another.

The Chiefs have been on a whirlwind. They've been the best team in football now for four years.

They've won two Super Bowls and were embarrassed in another. They'll get hungry.

They are not hungry yet.

It's pretty clear the rest of the league is and the rest of the league is targeting the Kansas

City Chiefs.

For the New Orleans Saints and Carr, the quarterback that came over from the Raiders,

well, a preseason game looked like their Super Bowl.

They clearly, the entire

offseason, and through camp, had thought about the Chiefs are coming, and this is the measuring

stick. Let's go out, let's play hard in front of our fans, and let's put it to them. And the

ones did that against the Chiefs. Chiefs weren't completely embarrassed, but it was close. It wasn't

like they were Keystone cops. They seemed to know their assignments. The defense didn't hit.
