locked on chiefs podcast. Welcome back to another episode of locked on chiefs

and I am here with Ryan Tracy as per almost usual and we've been at training

camp again today a lot to talk about but really the story of the day was really the

weather and I know that sounds like a weird story of the day

but it was hot it was humid there were no real clouds and there was no real wind to

speak up either yeah and it wasn't just us that were affected by it.

The team itself really put in the work in working

through this kind of condition, which caught a couple of players

by surprise at the end of the day,

but I thought was really good in terms of getting them used to

what they have to do come game night and there's

going to be games that are going to be this warm.

So there was just one more hurdle.

Yeah and they were in full pads today so that doesn't help either.

So you're sitting there having a full padded practice and if this

was yesterday they're in a much better situation where it's you know 10 degrees cooler

at least it would feel 10 degrees cooler because the humidity was up today and again

like we said no real clouds in the sky so yeah it was a warm day I'm tired I'm hot it's one of those deals and after practice we saw a couple players leave during the project.

We started to bring a couple of snaps off, came back.

Did anybody else go to the hill?

Not that I saw, I really went up there for about 30 minutes and I could not tell what it was.
