On a night where the Chiefs were most of the evening outplayed by the Los Angeles Chargers,

Kansas City comes away with the big 2724 victory at Arrowhead Stadium.

Chiefs again outplayed much of the night.

Mahomes improvised after having so much pressure on him from the Chargers pass rush.

He dodged it.

He tossed the ball and he dodged interceptions all night.

This could have been a night

where Mahomes threw three picks. He walks away with zero and did just enough. A sidearm

touchdown pass, a defense that wraps it up and gets a pass rush in the second half, and a big

play from rookie corner Jalen Watson with the pick six, 99 and a half yards when the Chargers,

Justin Herbert, tried to sidearm one into the end zone. Kansas City got the lead and never

looked back. It was the law firm of Mahomes, Watson, and Watson, and they got it done.

Packer Mahomes finishes the night 24 out of 35 for 2.35 and two touchdowns. Clyde Edwards

Halear, eight rushes 74 yards, a huge run late in the game with the Chiefs up seven that led

to a field goal to make it 10. Chiefs give up the back door cover as Justin Herbert, who was

injured in the fourth quarter from the Chiefs just repeatedly hammering on him with their pass rush.
