It's been a really good eight days for the Kansas City Chiefs.

A pair of wins with a pair of Steelers losses,

finds the defending champs controlling their own destiny

in the AFC race for the top seat.

Sure, the Chiefs have some issues this past month,

but they keep winning. Meanwhile, the Steelers don't even look like a playoff team, to be honest.

They appear to be exactly the team you want to play in the postseason. Stan Weber is here to

reshuffle the AFC deck and tell us who we should be worried about more than the Pittsburgh Steelers.

This week for the Chiefs, it's the New Orleans Saints, probably without Drew Brees,

and they certainly aren't the same without him as they take a big loss Sunday in the NFC.

Alex Smith and the Washington football team are in first place after winning their fourth straight.

That's the good news.

The bad news, Smith set out the second half with pain in his surgically

repaired leg. We all just hope the best for Alex. The Big 12 and the SEC title games are
