We have some fun here because it is prime smoke season. Hopefully I won't say that in the summer because that means wildfires. But there are a lot of draft hints laying around out there. We're going to cover some of them later in the show. And we're going to take into account what the Chiefs have not done to this point in the off, because that gives you some information that you can see through some of the smoke.

And we're going to start with confirming the decision tree that the chiefs have gone through so far this off season.

It does enlighten you to where they are, and we're going to jump right to it because Joanne Taylor did get signed.

It's been a long time coming, and a lot of Chiefs fans probably have just kind of forgotten about John Taylor,

given that he's clearly not in the Chief's plans because it has gone this long in free agency for him to get signed.

But the key thing for me, and we'll talk about where he landed in a second, the key thing for me,

and the only thing that matters to me at this second, the key thing for me and the only

thing that matters to me at this point is that they released him out of his contract. It didn't

come to its conclusion, so he's not in the comp pick formula. And that's all that I really care about.

Where are you? You know, I'm looking at this, and I would have signed him for the deal that he got.

Like, if he would re-sign for the deal he got, I would have done it in a heartbeat. You can argue. He's going to Atlanta. Yeah, he's going to Atlanta. And as far as we know, it's $1 million with, I think, incentives up to another million dollars. I would have done that in a heartbeat. Like, you saw what you had with Jay and the Moore last year? Five million base, right? Five million base with a million incentives. Oh, I thought you just had one in one. Okay, cool. No. Well, if I did, I apologize. So five million base with a million incentives. And you saw what you had with Jay Lamore last year.

He allowed a lot of pressures.
