together since we were so rudely parted in St. Joe.

Matt Derek from Chief's Digest is joining us today. We're going to go through

a little Yin and Yang here. Some Steelers, some 49ers looking ahead

but some news has come out. I'm also joined of course by

Chris Park and before we jump into our conversation with Matt Derek here in a

minute we recorded this conversation before practice started and you know like things go

De Anthony Thomas was signed during practice and actually showed up right in the middle of the the practice of the day so this conversation was really pertaining

before he was back on the roster and while there's discussion about the wide

receivers I don't know exactly yet whether they're planning to use that or list him anyway as a wide receiver or

running back or what it is. I think his special team's prowess is what brings him back in the wake of

Marcus Kemp and his injury so that will definitely play a role in there.

And we will have more for you coming in the next day or two

about how this might shake out after we get an idea of,

is he even in shape?

Is he a guy that can make this roster? That is a question that remains to be seen.

So in lieu of that, when we talked with Matt, we were talking about outside of that, who else could be making this roster. We talked a touch about this

yesterday with Jeff Allen joining the roster. He is one of the new changes and
