I'm not sure what to make evident a lot of ways, but this team is interesting it's always interesting isn't it?

That's one way to put it. For better or for worse.

Absolutely and I'm obviously the elephant in the room is the change that the chiefs had to make we don't need to go into that but I do want to ask you this

for a team that has been making preparations all week and been in their routine, in their comfort zone, so to speak,

to have that kind of distraction go on on Friday evening as you're trying to get ready for an away game.

How critical is that?

It's pretty critical.

You know, even if you just wanted to almost portray this as an injury, mean you know you could say that it was just like if a player got got banged up on the

last play of a Friday practice or something of that nature it's the same kind of situation. You've been preparing all week a certain way.

Your game plan is built around a certain set of formations, personnel, scheme, everything.

And you're tailoring your game plan to

specific traits of your personnel
