challenge it's been really fun I've been enjoying all of your posts and I've been sharing them on my story. A lot of people

are making some great progress. The 2420 January challenge was kind of designed so that people that have made some

New Year's resolutions you know sometimes if you make too aggressive of a

New Year's resolution you get too, you don't keep up with it. I wanted to do something

to where it was something that just about anybody could do, you didn't need a gym and it wasn't

really too much. That's what the 2420 is. 20 minutes of exercise 20 days in a row and that is

intended to help everyone kind of build the habit of exercise because that's really what it is. It's a habit.

And if you get into the habit of doing it, it's very easy to do. if you're out of the habit it's more and more difficult
