As promised, this is a follow-up to the Chicken Wackers episode.

After I first interviewed Keegan a long time ago, I did my very best.

Try to find out more about the chicken wackers.

That proved to be extremely difficult.

There's basically no information online at all about this group,

which is part of the reason the story intrigued me in the first place.

But I was able to speak to the only reporter who has ever written about the chicken whackers at the time she was writing for the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel.

She had some interesting insights, but at the same time, she was as curious as me as to whether the

chicken whackers are real or just some kind of urban legend. And I also

spoke to a woman named Alex who grew up in Grand Junction and became homeless along with her brother around the age of 15.

She has heard all about the chicken wackers during her time living on the streets.

She had so many wild stories and theories.

She gave me a few different examples of what people think the chicken whackers
