Hey y'all, this is Lisa. And this is Karin. You know I have good news that I want to share.

Please do it. It's like minorly good news, but in this unprecedented time, I think you'll all understand. I think

you'll share in my excitement when I say that my new desk chair is preparing to ship.

That is no joke because I'm having some desk chair problems right now. And so having your

tush supported and your back supported is a big deal.

Today I was sort of at my wits end with my current desk chair, which I'm pretty sure was like

on the low price range at IKEA when the first owner bought it. And then I got it off Craigslist.

And I was like, oh my God, my back's killing me. And then I got

this email that said, your order is preparing to ship. It's my chair that I ordered last month

that's supposed to arrive next month. And I think it might come a little early. This chair is

adjustable eight ways. That's amazing. Seriously, what I learned in Pants Stemock is that you're not supposed to sit at a dining room table chair for 10 hours a day. You're just not supposed to.

Are you sitting at the same chairs that you and I used to sit at to do this podcast together? Yes, ma'am.

Did you put like a cushion on it? Because yes, ma'am. you put like a cushion on it because yes ma'am yeah uh-huh because those chairs are not

but friendly they are not so that's why i'm very excited for this news it really is it's going to make a

difference to your day talk about something that's going to like make your day better yeah like

there are the chairs you have when you

don't want your dinner guests to stay too long. And then there are the chairs you have when you need

to sit for eight to 18 hours a day in your own home. I'm really proud of you. Thank you. I'm really

excited. Goodbye money. But hello, butt comfort.
