0:43.8	Oh, thanks. Thanks for having me again. I don't know about that, but yeah, I know, very excited to be a part of the wolves and the hurricanes organizations.
0:52.1	We'll let you get settled into the wolf's job first before we look at any further ahead there.
0:57.6	But yeah, I guess jumping right into it, what has this transition kind of been like for you,
1:02.8	going from the steel to the wolves, especially at a time in the off season
1:08.0	where you don't really get like a long runway to go before the season
1:11.9	starts. Yeah, yeah, the timing, to quote, the steel owner, Larry Robbins, is not ideal.
1:19.6	When I brought it up to him, you know, and it actually was part of the decision-making process
1:25.6	for my wife and I, you know, we've had a great experience with our family with the steel for the for my wife and I you know we've had a great experience
1:28.6	with our family with the with the steel for the last four years and the relationships that we have there
1:33.2	I think will be everlasting and it was it was really hard to make that decision um you know that being said
1:40.2	the steel have a great team for next season they have a great staff um they're going to be just
1:45.6	fine and it was an opportunity uh for for my career for my family with not having to move
1:51.6	um and being a part of two great organizations in carolina and the and the chicago wolves
1:55.9	that we just felt like we could not pass up what was that talk like with the players when you let them know you were going?
