There's a popular concept rolling through the political circles in Chicago and in New York.

It's the idea of municipal-owned grocery stores as a way to keep prices low.

It's a popular concept because none of these people know what the bleep they're talking about.

But they think that a city that can't even keep people alive or safe or protected on the
