So I've been. What's going on? Great to finally be on.

How are you, sir? I've been keeping an eye on you through Instagram. I've been checking out your posts here and there, and lately you've been looking like a freak.

So I thought I'd have you on and kind of introduce... and lately you've been looking like a freak.

Kind of just been working hard in silence you know that's always been my thing

when I turned pro at USAs you know I kept that prep under wraps and I released like one photo like three weeks out you know

just to let everyone know I was jumping in and you know it's been two years since I competed and it's finally time to get back up there.

So Chicago's the move.

I actually have been dieting for strictly for like well over 20 weeks. I wanted to do

Indy didn't feel quite ready, thought maybe Cali was the next, didn't feel quite ready,

but I think I'm going to nail it for Chicago, so I'm excited.

Yeah, well, you kind of showed up out of nowhere at the USAs because I think a lot of people had Nick Walker winning that show and then you showed up and kind of upset everybody.

Yeah, yeah, the hype was definitely surrounding Nick. I think Nick. I think Nick and

Vincenzo was at that show too, right? Yeah, Vince he was in the top five.
