The Michael Barry Show, even the Chicago Tribune, is ripping Mayor-elect Brandon Johnson for

excusing teen violence over the week.

If you haven't seen the footage, I don't know what rock you've been living under.

But the riots in downtown Chicago were so bad and more importantly, they were captured

on film and shared that the incoming mayor for lame duck Lori Lightfoot, aka Beetlejuice.

This was an opportunity for him to say, we won't take it anymore.

We will stop this nonsense, but he didn't, because that's not who he is.

This is a guy who thinks that if you make enough excuses for thugs, somehow that makes

you better than the rest of us who are mad about it.

Well, even the Democrats are mad.

And the Chicago Tribune pointed out, quote, if you were organizing the Democrat National Convention,

next year, you would have started to worry about what kind of pictures might emerge from

the 2024 host city.

Alderman Raymond Lopez tells Johnson, quote, save the excuses and rationalization unless

you want this to be the norm in Chicago, hold them in their parents accountable.

Alderman Lopez, I don't know if you've been to Chicago where you're a city alderman, I'm

gonna let you in on something.

This is the norm.

This is how Chicago is known.

You know, Seattle's got the space needle.

Portland's got the freaky people.

San Francisco's got the gay people.
