Summary

The Chicago Blackhawks led for much of the game, but were unable to pull off an upset versus the Florida Panthers Friday night. Caleb Jones and Boris Katchouk were the unlikely goal scorers to put the Hawks in front in the 1st period. Petr Mrazek was masterful in net through the first two periods, but the wheels fell off as he allowed 3 goals in the 3rd period. Cole Guttman equalized the score in the final minute of regulation to send the game into overtime., but the Panthers were able to net the game-winner in the extra period.
