impression was oh this is very intense this is very high pace and these guys are ready to go and

ready to play yeah that was that was evident from the big like first beginning of practice

you know usually you're used to the guys get a couple of laps they skate around they from the first beginning of practice.

You know, usually you're used to the guys get a couple of laps.

They skate around.

They stick handle, you know, kind of warm up the legs a little bit.

Then you jump into, you know, the first drill.

It was like a lap and a half.

And Jeff Blaschell was like, all right, we're going here, going here and was immediately uh directing drills and yeah long

practices for both groups to start the uh to start training camp high intensity high pace a lot of

speed um some good battles and i loved it i mean for for setting a tempo and setting a culture and all these things that they want to accomplish right away.
