What's going on, Bears fans? Adam Hogue, Nicholas Moriano, will do it all here with you today. The three main weave. We got everyone together and a little bit of a shorter practice today, but some positive things to talk about boys.

Yeah, positive. It was still hot as hell though. And I don't know if you felt it over there. Like some there's some difference between going from the field one and two to three and four and then having the reflection of the sun bounce off the bleachers. Man, it was a hot one.

Yeah, we got scorched out there, but luckily, you know, we weren't the only things that were, you know, heating up here today. The bears often really responded after yesterday's lackluster performance. It was better than yesterday. And you know, that's true. Adam Nick, I'm with you, man. I don't know what it's like, we woke up this morning. It was like the perfect summer morning. It was actually like 59 degrees, but the sun's still strong because still August was like beautiful.

Like morning outside coffee weather. And then even like driving over to Halas, I got out of the car. I'm like, there's not a cloud in the sky. Like this is just a perfect day for football or training camp.

I mean, second you get over there. It's like, what the, how is it this hot right now? That was not what I wasn't hot walking over here.

But now I'm a hot just standing here. It doesn't make sense. I'm not complaining though, because I look, I seriously do love this time of year. I will take these days standing out there in the heat, watching football practices over the cold 15 minute increments we get in December, where we go outside to find out who's stretching trust me. This is better. This is way better.

No doubt about that. Well, you, you had a, you made a good point like, man, I would have taken being the press box everywhere. And yesterday with that AC, that's always super, super cold for today's practice, because I say it was hot, but yeah, those those practices in December, November, Adam, those are going to be not looking for it. So I'll just say it's the aluminum bleachers though, because when people actually sat down in front of us make it cooled off a few degrees because that reflection wasn't like staring you right in the face.

So weirdly enough, like the more people surrounding you was better to keep you cool today, which usually it's the opposite, but that's metal bleachers for you.

Best and worst of the day. Let's start with Nick. What do you got for us today?

All right, best thing from today. I'm going to go with the defensive side. The ball is a play where Justin Fields was trying to target Taj A sharp over the middle of the field.

But Eddie Jackson made a good plan. The ball was able to dislodge the football is incomplete. But before that pass even got off, Justin Jones broke through the interior of the offensive line and would have easily had a second.

But they let the play go on. So really good effort by Justin Jones and also Eddie Jackson.

Just again, two guys are going to be obviously stars in the defense, but making good plays on that rep.

Yeah, I loved watching Jackson lay that hit. Watch that ball pop out. Didn't come away with a turnover for the defense, but in games like those are great opportunities for yourself to get those chances at more takeaways on defense.

The best thing I saw today, I'll just be a little general with an observation here at the one specific play or moment, but just seeing a downfield passing attack today was this to me the best thing because yesterday this bears offense.

I know there's a lot of injuries at White receiver, but watching them yesterday, which is very tough. They couldn't get anything going through the air, but today that was a whole different narrative, a whole different story.

So seeing an actual downfield passing attack by far is the best thing that I witnessed here today, a bears game.

Yeah, for me, it's along those lines, but it's just the fact that despite all the injuries that White receiver, the quarterback, the guy who still matters the most, all this stuff about Rokwan Smith and Tevin Jenkins and kind of these distractions that are hogging the headlines here recently.
