Alex sent us the Dan Pompeii article from the athletic,

detailing that Bears president and CEO Ted Phillips is going to retire at the end of the season. Some people may think,

what's the big deal? A lot of people that are Bears fans are like celebrating, I would think,

today because people have had it in for Ted Phillips

for an extremely long time. I would usually be like, man, just let it go. He's not going

anywhere. So I'm not going to sit there and get upset about something that's not going to

change. That's in my DNA to kind of just vibe like that. Like, if I can't change it, I'm not

going to sit there and just focus on it. So you being a guy that's grew up in Chicago, you've been a guy that's

stepped outside as a Bears fan and cursed that people as a young child.
