I was fortunate enough to be able to sit down with Rich Downing (Program Manager/Engineer, Special Show Vehicles and Pace Cars) and Mr. Russ O'Blenes (Director, Performance and Racing - Propulsion Team) From General Motors while at was at SEMA - 2019.
Man these guys are easy as cool as their job titles - No BS, Rad Dudes, just like us. They like Cars and Trucks (C10's) no different then most, they just get to work for GM and build really rad stuff there too.
I bet it can be stressful, but these COOL Kats made it happen, they delivered the first E10 to SEMA - 2019.
Its ironic that Tesla teased the world with their Tesla CyberTruck this week as well. It reminds me of the 80's arms race, just a lot cooler and peaceful, OK bad example, but cool shit is happening and these big players are making it happen.
