centers being taken in the NBA draft lottery, which will bring us to one Cheat Holngren, Beast, or Bust.

Then I will tell you about why the Baker Mayfield debate is the single strangest and most unfair debate I have ever been involved in in all my years of debating sports on

television. I will answer your questions about which team Kevin Durant will represent once he is

inducted into the Hall of Fame as he certainly will be.

And then I will answer your question about the one thing, the one and only thing

LeBron is better at than Jordan.

And finally, if you're still with me at that point, I'm going to go way deep. I mean raw and real deep and tell you the story of the man who propelled me into this media business of mine, the man who drove me to write the single gut-seest

opinion piece I ever dared to write. But first up, as always, it is not to be skipped.

Chet Holngren has been the 7 foot 1 inch lightning rod of the NBA Summer League.

Everybody has an opinion on 7 foot 1 Cheat, beast or bust. I'll give you mine in just a second. But to better

understand my evolving opinion on Cheat Holgren, allow me to walk you back through the back story of that opinion.

In my early days at ESPN, starting in 2004, and then going into 5,

7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, I began to notice that there was one type of player you should not draft with a lottery pick.

That player was any seven foot or taller American white center.

I'm sorry, they just weren't as skilled.

They weren't generally as tough as the Euro centers, or for that matter the Euro power forwards.
