The private sector vendors with whom you have contracts and are going to have contracts

in the future that are relevant here, we're going to use our procurement power, our contracting

power to be much more careful in what we demand of these outside vendors to try to ensure

that they are giving us more secure products and services and that we can remediate the incidents

that do happen.
