And I love the book. Yeah. And having read the book, of course, I know that you are a legit bartender. So the pressure is on me to do justice to this martini. Well, you must know what you're doing. I do. I used to bartend as well. Similar to you, it was like in clubs at the Jersey Shore. so they actually weren't a lot of martinis.

Yeah. Similar to you, it was like in clubs at the Jersey Shore. So they actually weren't a lot of martinis. It was more like shots of Jaeger and beer. But I can make a martini. Yeah, when I was a bartender in Tallahassee, people, was that, it was a really busy bar. And people would come up and order pinnacoladas. And the bartenders refuse to make them because it tastes too long with a blender. So we'd always say the blender was broken. It's like a bellini thing. I remember the bellini mixer and all that stuff. Yeah, it's like nobody's doing that here. You could have a jack and sprite. You know, that's it. One thing in the book, we'll get to many of the funny stories in the book, but one I noticed was on your first night at one of these bars. The initiation routine was to take that bar mat that catches all the liquor spillage and pour it into a shot that they had you drink. Yeah. That is disgusting. We don't do that on this show. Thank you. They said, the other bartender said, yeah, you have to drink this. And it was just like a brown, murky.
