that document the many horrors that flowed from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

The eight-part Apple TV-plus series chronicles the awful events that led to the deaths

of 45 patients at Memorial Hospital in New Orleans.

It's a harrowing, true story,

told with edge of your seat urgency and wonderfully acted by an incredible roster of actors

that includes Cherry Jones as Susan Mulderic and Vera Farmiga as Dr. Anna Poe.

Jones and Farmiga talk about the complexities of the real-life people they portrayed

and the decisions they made under unimaginable circumstances.

Say what you will about the decisions that were made.

My job is to make you feel her soggy sneakers.

Make you feel for even if you disagree with with with ultimately what the choices that she made

under extreme duress. Just comes down to what is what people consider humane.

It just comes down to that and every single human being has a different

feeling of what that means.
